Mome Mahlangu has used lockdown to achieve her dream body. The reality television star and fashion designer, who is also Tall Ass Mo's wife, said she did it through clean eating and plenty of exercise.
Mome said, “Wellness is choosing to better yourself inside and outside on a daily basis and making healthy choices to maintain a life with vitality.“
The star put some side by side snaps of herself before and after she dropped the weight - the results are totally awe-inspiring.

Mome said she went from weighting 110kg to weighing a tiny 64kg and is determined to keep the weight off. She encouraged her followers to remain dedicated and patient as they navigate their own fitness journeys.
