He has been grateful for the reception of his music and has written an open letter to the "Nkabi Nation" as well as the Hip Hop nation in South Africa.
In the letter, Big Zulu starts off by saying that he is grateful for the support he has received for his music in 2020. He notes how he received overwhelming support after he released the remix of Ama Million featuring Kwesta, Youngsta CPT, Zakwe and Musiholiq.
The rapper then mentioned how he closed off the year by releasing Imali Eningi featuring Riky Rick and Intaba Yase Dubai.
"What would happen next exceeded our own expectations. The song smashed all records, climbing straight to the top of all the digital platforms. Including being the first hip-hop record in the past two years to sit at number 1 on the Apple Music charts."
Big Zulu said that the Nkabi Nation proved that SA Hip Hop was still great and he appreciated the support he received from the whole country with the #DuduzaneChallenge and the #MaliEningiChallenge.
