Somizi has recently expressed that he is not a big fan of Big Zulu's hit summer jam Imali Eningi. Somgaga publicly declared his thoughts on the song while he was hosting the KZN Entertainment Awards last week.
Big Zulu told the Daily Sun that he would be addressing Somizi on the matter when he sees him in the flesh. Mzansi is absolutely loving the jam and the song received 3 million views on YouTube in just 3 weeks.
Somizi's reasoning for not liking Big Zulu's song was that he feels that he cannot relate to the song as well as other South Africans do. He even said that he would not even take part in the viral #DuduzaneChallenge.
Somgaga felt that he could not relate to the song because he already has a lot of money and does not need more.
"The song is dividing us who have money and those who don’t have money and want to have it. The song does not relate with me at all and I feel left behind," said Somizi.
Big Zulu responded by saying that what Somizi said was his own personal opinion.
"I will not talk about someone when they are not present as he did. I want to confront him and tell him what I think about his criticism," he said.
