K.O Wants to Explore Amapiano Genre by Putting "Own Twist to It"

K.O has shared that he also wants to jump into the Amapiano bandwagon. The ward-winning rapper took to Twitter recently to respond to a fan who asked about his opinion on the trending music genre.

The CaraCara hitmaker agreed that Amapiano is making waves in Mzansi and many parts of Africa and the world. K.O shared that he will explore Amapiano soon and put his own twist to it. The star wrote:

"Piano is obviously the wave and kungekudala (soon) we are going explore it nathi kancane (a bit) by putting our own twist to it."

K.O became an instant hit in Mzansi when he mixed hip-hop with Kwaito and came up with a unique sound he called Skhanda Rap. The tweep suggested that K.O must now do Skhanda Piano.

K.O has also explored other genres in the past. He was featured in DJ Maphorisa's massive Gqom hit titled Walk Ye Phara. Other tweeps shared that they can't wait to listen to K.O's Amapiano record.
