"It’s astonishing to look at a script we’re working on and see Episode 8 000. While we’re busy writing episodes day by day, we don’t always take a moment step back and realise how much time has passed.
"B&B tells stories about how families who really love and care for one another can endure and thrive, despite personal challenges they experience. At times, the characters transgress, but redemption is always possible."

Many telenovelas, including South Africa ones, usually run out of story ideas and content which leads to decreasing numbers in terms of viewership. The executive producer told Briefly.co.za how the writers of the show come up with original story lines.

"Inspiration can strike anywhere. It often hits me while I’m taking a shower. Is it the water? Or that I’m not trying too hard to write at that time? I don’t know! The creative process remains a mystery to me, especially the longer I do it."

Bradley shared that he doesn't have just one favourite storyline in the show. He shared that he has enjoyed writing and producing many storylines on the epic TV programme.

"It’s amazing to see how the words come to life on the screen, thanks to our fabulous cast and crew. There have been so many storylines I’ve loved writing and producing, it’s hard to choose just one.
"Eric and Brooke galloping across the landscape on horseback in the Mohave Desert to get married, with hot air balloon rides and a luxurious tented Honeymoon, was a foundational moment, with epic imagery. When Stephanie Forrester found out she had terminal cancer, her journey of transformation into someone who made it her priority to help others was one of the most moving. It’s been fun."

Bradley has been with the series since its inception. He expressed that he cannot believe how far they have come.

"When I was a boy I would lie under the table in my father’s writing room for hours, listening to the writers work out the scripts. That creative process became a part of me almost by osmosis. My father was a great mentor, so I became his successor. We had no way of knowing ahead of time how successful the series would be around the world. I’m amazed to see how far we’ve come."

He also shared what viewers of the show can look forward to in the 8000th episode.

"The 8000th episode is classic Bold and Beautiful drama. The story arc centers around an event so profound, it sends shockwaves throughout the lives of the Forresters, Spencers, and Logans for years to come."
