Star Student Lifa Shangase Matriculates with 7 Distinctions at Only 16

There is no doubt in the world that 16-year-old Lifa Shangase from Umlazi, KwaZulu-Natal is a genius. The young man managed to matriculate from his high school with an amazing seven distinctions.
When Shangase first came to Velabahleke High School, it was no secret that he was an incredibly bright boy. Not long after being there, it was decided that he had no need for Grade eight and was sent directly to a combined Grae 8 and 9 classroom.
According to a post shared online by Velabahleke High School, and then by Twitter user @noksy_k, it reads that the young man got As for isiZulu, English, mathematics, accounting, life sciences, physical sciences and engineering graphics and design.
"Velabahleke High School, Umlazi, KZN," she captioned the post.
Naturally many proud locals congratulated Lifa in the comment section:
