Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Miguel Cardoso has insisted that his side effectively scored four goals against Golden Arrows in their MTN8 semi-final second leg, after a disallowed strike from Khulumani Ndamane continued to draw controversy following Sunday's match.
The Brazilians secured their place in the MTN8 final with a 3-2 win, but the result was overshadowed by a refereeing decision that denied Ndamane a goal shortly after half-time. The striker converted from close range, but officials ruled the effort out for handball. Television replays, however, appeared to show the ball made no contact with Ndamane's arm, leaving Sundowns frustrated.

Speaking to SuperSport after the final whistle, Cardoso made no secret of his belief that Sundowns should have been credited with a fourth goal.
"It's not easy here to win 4-2, today we made a fantastic, beautiful result," he said.
