- A young man recently headed online to share a hilarious post after he took the wrong lunch container to work
- The man who is evidently accustomed to finding his lunch inside an ice cream tin, got to work and found that he had taken the one filled with spices
- Many locals who also reused various tins for lunch and other foodstuff could completely relate and laughed out loud in the comment section
Many South Africans economically used old containers such as ice cream and biscuit ones to store their food and other grocery stuff. A young man with the Twitter handle, @HlumeloGoso recently shared how this did not work in his favour after he mistook the spice tin for his lunch tin.
"Normalize double-checking your lunch box before leaving for work, today I went to work a wrong lunch box full of spices," he wrote sadly in the funny post.
Mzansi was left howling from laughter and just could not deal with how relatable the post was. Many of them headed to the comment section where they joked and sympathised with the hungry young South African man.
Read a few of their comments below:
"Let's first normalise buy proper lunch boxes."
"I once left with a whole tub of jam thinking it was my lunch box."
"For those who want takeaways when we invite them to our functions, coz Tupperware doesn't return."
"I'm sure you also carry a spade thinking its a spoon"
"So you wanna tell me you pack your lunch on an Ice cream tub?"
In other Briefly News about skaftins, Nandos' social media team literally doesn't rest and the evidence of this is the fact that they grab every single opportunity they find online to entertain their thousands of fans. This time the Nando's Twitter page had people laughing after they commented on a snap that was shared of a man carrying a chicken drumstick in his pocket.
"Did skaftins become extinct in the panoramic? Mara if there's space for wedges in there then we aren't complaining," wrote Nando's hilariously.
As they do, the restaurant's loyal fans were quick to jump on it and were soon laughing their heads off in the busy comment section of the extremely funny post.
