- A video of a local man hilariously pleading to his girlfriend not to leave him has gone viral on social media

- Mzansi found the short clip absolutely hysterical and took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the poor man's situation
There are very few things that make grown men cry as desperately as heartbreak. In a sad but hilarious viral video which has been watched more than 60k times, a loveable looking man sits talking on the phone in what's probably a local taxi rank.
The pleading tone in the poor man's voice makes it clear he's probably talking to a dissatisfied lover who wants to leave him. His throat is clearly tightly wound by the tears he tries to hold back while professing his love to the woman.
Loosely translated, he unapologetically cries:
“I love you baby. Please don't leave me, please you can love us both.”
The man's hilarious display definitely had Mzansi feeling sorry for the poor chap. Read some of their comments below:
"Uthando olunjani olukhalisa amadoda? Hhayi."
"Sbwl into ethi ayibe nje."
"Hayi could never be."
"Can I even love like this? Help me God."
Meanwhile, in some other Briefly News, a clip of a woman rejecting a man's proposal has been shared online by a South African man who wanted to know whether or not her reaction to being popped the question was in any way at all justifiable.
In the clip that was shared by the man with the handle @tshabi222003, a man can be seen kneeling in what appears to be a mall while the woman he was proposing to stands above him and makes quite a scene while rejecting his proposal.
"Ladies is this necessary though?" Tshabi asked in the caption of the post.
Soon locals were in the comment section sharing their thoughts on the woman's reaction. Read a few of their comments below:
"This is my worst fear..."
"Just don't do it in public then, if you get rejected that is the ultimate humiliation."
"I'm never proposing in public umuntu ngizomfaka i'ring elele uzobona ekseni ukuthi izinto zijikile manje."
"No it’s not! She is bloody unnecessary."
"In most cases, such guys treat ladies like trash privately and wanna pull this stunt publicly."
"Not everyone likes this kind of public gesture, sometimes get to know what your person prefers through hints instead of assuming they'd melt at your idea of romance."
