According to Page Six, the heartwarming incident unfolded in a Santa Monica Beach parking lot, where Garner, 51, was being filmed by the photographer.

As the paparazzo was documenting Garner's activities, she spotted a homeless man in a wheelchair and decided to make a difference.

The celebrity conversed with the man, who was wearing a green T-shirt and handed him a plastic bag filled with essential items.
Upon noticing that the man was barefoot, she took swift action.
She opened her car door, stepped out, crouched before him, and began putting socks on his feet.
Garner even attempted to give the man her sneakers, but they were too small.
Undeterred, she turned to the paparazzo, who was a few feet away, and asked;
"What size feet do you have? Can I buy your shoes for him? He needs a shoe."
What did the photographer offer?
The photographer offered his size-11 sneakers, declining any payment from the Golden Globe-winning actress.
Garner graciously accepted the shoes and placed them on the grateful man's feet.
To further assist the homeless individual, Garner shared that she had a blanket in her car and offered it to him.
