Peeps came with all sorts of jokes, with some being reluctant to say anything heinous, fearing the same repercussions suffered by Sol Phenduka.

A catfish account, @ChrisExcel102, reshared the X photo of Minnie Dlamini smiling next to one of the Bafana Bafana players. The user cracked a joke, which invited more people to make fun of Minnie's presence at the stadium.

The photo of Minnie wearing the Bafana jersey with pride quickly went viral. However, many people were also on the fence about making jokes, looking at her history with Podcast and Chill hosts Sol Phendula and MacG.

After Sol was suspended and subsequently fired from the radio station, people pointed fingers at Minnie. The reason behind his axing revolves around the R2.5 million lawsuit against the podcast. However, Minnie said she had nothing to do with his firing.
