Matshidiso Matilda appears to be cashing in on her notoriety. The dancer, whose name became a trending topic after a leaked private video exposed her alleged affair with acclaimed choreographer Limpopo Boy, has landed a performance booking at one of Pretoria's popular entertainment venues.
X user @koketsomashilee shared a promotional flyer on Wednesday, 26 August 2026, announcing Matshidiso as a headlining act at the Lekompo or Piano 2.0 event. What is the Lekompo or Piano 2.0 line-up?
Matshidiso tops the bill alongside Cute Lil Shawdy, Sasha and Focalistic at the Propaganda venue. Propaganda Pretoria had already been promoting the event on Facebook, with the venue's own caption reading:
"Friday plans? SORTED. Lekompo, or Piano 2.0, is taking over Propaganda! Come catch the vibes, the music and the energy. FREE ENTRY before 7PM!"
The booking raised eyebrows across social media, with many pointing out that Limpopo Boy faced far steeper consequences following the scandal than Matshidiso has so far.

The post drew a flood of opinions from South Africans who were divided on whether the booking was deserved or premature:
@Malambane014 asked:
"What does she do that got her booked?"
@SthuliSkandabah was supportive:
"I am so happy for her."
@Stundee__ noted:
"So she never got cancelled? Interesting."
@That_F_Guy_Alfa observed:
"Sometimes you need leaks and scandals to make it in life neh?"
@Kabelomauritiuz questioned the double standard:
"It's crazy how it's only Limpopo Boy losing gigs and money?"
@Mulangan0 was critical:
"What will she be performing? Our society hai… you are promoting the lady whereas you wanted to cancel the guy."
@maradee0 added:
"She's going to Witbank as well."

Speaking to Briefly News, relationship expert Shelley Lewin said that a healthy long-term relationship requires ongoing effort from both people.
She said tha couples can set aside time to talk about how the relationship is going, what’s working, and what needs attention. Lewin also advised couples to be open and honest about your feelings, fears, needs and insecurities instead of hiding them.
"Long-term strategies include scheduling regular check-ins to revisit these agreements, practicing vulnerability, and resolving conflicts constructively," Lewin said.
