Months after a leaked private video involving dancer Limpopo Boy and Matshidiso Matilda sent shockwaves through South African social media, the two have found themselves at the centre of fresh drama following an unexpected online encounter.

On 24 October 2026, footage from a shared TikTok livestream began circulating online, showing Matshidiso joining a live session hosted by Limpopo Boy, real name Matome Robert Thoka, without any prior warning. She greeted him with the words, "Thobela Papa Lekae?" - a casual, familiar opener that immediately set tongues wagging.

Limpopo Boy's reaction said it all. Visibly caught off guard, he responded by raising the question of her husband's whereabouts: "Kevin o kae?" (Where is Kevin?). Shortly after, Matshidiso exited the livestream, leaving both Limpopo Boy and viewers in the comments section stunned. He was seen taking deep breaths as the moment sank in.

Both parties released separate apologies in the aftermath, with Limpopo Boy stating he had no knowledge that Matshidiso was a married woman.

Despite the public fallout, Kevin Shai appeared to forgive his wife, and the couple seemed to move forward together. That goodwill, however, is now being questioned.

Social media slams Matshidiso Matilda

Many in Mzansi feel that Matshidiso's decision to reach out to Limpopo Boy so publicly suggests she has not fully reckoned with the consequences of her earlier actions. People in the comment section were unsparing in their assessments.

dearDiaryyaka wrote:

"She hates her husband and everything that comes with him."

ETshamugero said:

"Shai must just walk out to avoid further embarrassment."

Boitshoko_ts added:

"Forgiving cheating is just inviting disrespect."

Not everyone focused their frustration on the marriage, though. Some commenters speculated that Matshidiso may have deliberately engineered the moment to court attention and revive public interest in herself following the earlier scandal.
