Radio personality Penny Ntuli has set social media alight after revealing that a guest appearance on Inanda FM led to a surprise job offer from a KZN-based radio station. In a candid Instagram post shared on Wednesday, 2 September 2026, Ntuli told her followers she had already sat down to negotiate contract terms and was now waiting for an answer.
Ntuli was invited to co-host Inanda FM's Lunch Time Fix Show alongside Mr Thulani Zondi, known on air as Nondaba, as part of the station's Women's Month programming. It was during that same Friday that her phone rang with an offer she clearly did not see coming.
"Bomzala, so last week Friday, njengoba I was invited kwiNanda FM to do a show in honour of Women's Month, I then got a call after the show. A JOB OFFER. In KZN. Abafonile bafisa ukungnika umsebenzi. They are willing to accommodate me since I live in Johannesburg. I went there yesterday to discuss my contract. I am waiting for their response," she wrote, finishing with a playful nudge to her fans: "Don't get angry ke, this is a place all of you know of."

Penny Ntuli's rocky road back to radio
The post carries extra weight given Ntuli's well-documented turbulence in the industry.
