The Gauteng High Court has reportedly issued an urgent order against model and former Big Brother Mzansi contestant Blue Mbombo, instructing her to delete social media posts in which she accused businessman Thami Ndlala of harassment. Mbombo was given 24 hours from being served with the court order to scrub the posts from all platforms, and she has since complied.

Ndlala, who is married to media personality Lerato Kganyago, categorically denied Mbombo's claims. He is now reportedly suing her for R1 million in damages, alleging defamation of character.

What Blue Mbombo alleged against Thami Ndlala

In her now-deleted posts, Mbombo described months of what she called "death threats, verbal abuse and emotional torment" at the hands of Ndlala. She further alleged that he hired individuals to intimidate her and that she had genuinely feared for both her life and that of her child.

Briefly News previously reported on a statement Mbombo released on 3 October 2026, in which she expressed hope that the ordeal would come to a natural end.

"Instead, he persisted, and things got worse. On several occasions, he made death threats. It was at that point, when he threatened the life of my child, that I felt it was enough," she said.

The matter is expected to return to the Gauteng High Court on 9 November.

This is not Mbombo's first time making explosive public allegations. In June, she spoke out about harrowing claims of physical, emotional, and financial abuse against a former partner and the father of her child.

Lerato Kganyago caught in the crossfire

The latest controversy has drawn widespread public sympathy towards Kganyago, who finds herself navigating yet another scandal tied to her husband.

In August, media personality Inno Morolong also publicly called out Kganyago and Ndlala, claiming she had been pressured to remove blog content about the couple.

In May, Kganyago addressed the toll the mounting scandals had taken on her and her husband personally. She also criticised colleagues in the entertainment industry, saying many who had previously benefited from Ndlala's generosity were nowhere to be found when the couple needed support most.

Social media reacts to Blue Mbombo's real name

In an earlier report, Briefly News shared online reactions to model and media personality Blue Mbombo's government name.

While several users discussed her real name, others argued that the leak of her ID document was against the POPIA Act.
