Ntabeni, who is paired up and married to Themba Khosa on the show, opened up during her interview with the Showmax team about her journey on Married At First Sight and also how her hubby went from being a complete stranger to her soulmate.

"I believe marriage comes from God, so I wanted to be sure I had His blessing before moving forward. I spent time praying and fasting, looking for His guidance, and once I felt sure, I moved ahead with confidence.
"I also took time to reflect, reminding myself that marriage takes patience and grace. I realised I couldn't control every outcome, but I could be honest and give my best effort. That brought me peace, knowing I had prepared my heart as much as possible," she said.

When she was asked about her dating life before joining this experiment, Ntabeni mentioned that it was quiet and she didn't engage in casual dating.

She revealed:

"My dating life was pretty quiet, to be honest. And yes, I did come into the show with some hesitation, which I shared with the girls at the table. For me, it wasn't desperation that drove me; it was just being honest.
"I wait for things to feel right. I’m not for everyone, and not everyone will get to experience me. I wasn’t rushing into relationships because I didn’t want to waste time on something that wasn’t genuine. I knew what I wanted and what I didn't, and I wasn’t prepared to settle for the wrong things. That clarity gave me the confidence to take on this experiment without fear."
