A KZN real estate company has given South Africans a glimpse inside what R19.5 million can buy you in Westville, but the reactions have been quite mixed.

Content creator @huizemarknorthcoast shared a detailed video tour of the luxury mansion that's got everyone talking on the eleventh of August.

The property tour starts with the agent admiring the incredible entrance, calling it a "showstopper" that sets the tone for the entire home. She guides viewers through a glass walkway that leads to a sunken lounge area with stunning water features. But the real surprise comes when she reveals the home has a built-in elevator for easy access between floors.

The house is clearly designed for people who love entertaining guests. The lower level features a massive open-plan entertainment area with a dedicated bar section that wraps around to connect with the dining and kitchen areas.

The kitchen appears to be the crown jewel of the property. The agent describes the curved island as something you'd see in movies, complete with special lighting above and unique features throughout. The design allows the person cooking to stand comfortably in the curved space while preparing meals in the open-plan layout.

The master bedroom sits on an elevated platform with its own spacious lounge area. The home includes five bedrooms total and 6.5 bathrooms, with all four upstairs bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes.

The property continues to impress with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful lighting throughout the walkways, and a jacuzzi pool area. The three-story design offers stunning views of the KwaZulu-Natal landscape.
