Rassie Erasmus warns against tough European opponents

Erasmus has cautioned against underestimating Italy, despite their lower world ranking.

"Italy may be ranked 11th in the world at this stage, but they are a quality team who have tested us to the limit at times, so we will not be fooled by the standings," he said.

He also highlighted the challenge posed by France, pointing to the narrow margins in several recent encounters.

Ireland will provide another stern test. Erasmus noted that they had won four of their previous six meetings with South Africa, although the Springboks won their last outing in Dublin.
