Mzansi social media users have reacted to a video of rapper Moozlie performing for a "tough crowd". In the short clip, the musician is seen on stage dancing and rapping while the crowd is minding their own business.
The media personality was performing at Mekete Water Park at the weekend, according to her Instagram post. A tweep @TinahN_ posted the clip on Twitter on Monday, 31 May. She was reacting to the crowd's reaction to Moozlie's performance.
@TinahN_ was surprised at how the crowd was not moved by Moozli'e song. She described the crowd as "tough" because most of them were seated while the stunner performed.
"Yaze yaTough iCrowd," @TinahN_ wrote.
Other tweeps took to her comment section to share their thoughts on her post. Check out some of their comments below:
"Moozlie should face it. She is just a pretty face that was chosen by MTV, not the people. But we love that she keeps trying. Think she would go far if she dropped all this and tried to be a high fashion model."
"Why they do her like that coz she’s good on the mic."
"She looks so hot."
"The girl in the white T-shirt is dancing."
In other music news, Briefly News reported that Moozlie made her acting debut on an SABC 1 show on Sunday, 14 February. The rapper plays the role of a young dancer on The Kingdom - a show which made its debut in February.
Moozlie has appeared on TV before but not as an actress. The multi-talented star was previously a presenter on Vuzu's V-Entertainment. The media personality took to Twitter earlier on Sunday and retweeted a promo clip of the first episode of the drama series.
She also took to Instagram and shared snaps of her character. The star, who is also preparing to drop new music videos, captioned her Instagram post:
"Those #SpiritOfAnOG visuals are on the way. But in the meantime... MEET GUGU, she’s a dancer & she’ll be on SABC 1’s THE KINGDOM at 8PM TONIGHT."
