So, what is it that makes a man the best husband material if it is not good looks, money and intelligence? According to the South Africans ladies, kindness it the most important quality in a good hubby.
The conversation started when Rebecca, or @empress_becca, commented on another social media user’s post about kind men.
“My boss’ wife said to me on a ride home once, Rebecca, I didn’t marry him because he was rich or educated. I married him because he was the kindest person I had ever met. From that day, I only engaged kind men. I’m currently dating one of the kindest souls on earth”, Rebecca wrote on Twitter.
Her post received a lot of replies from women who agree with her, including the DA’s shadow minister of communication, Phumzile Van Damme.
“I can testify to this. I am married to the kindest man I know, he is amazing. If we were elements I would be fire and he, water. Perfect synergy”, Van Damme wrote.
