Springbok flyhalf Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu and model and businesswoman Sarah Langa have gone public again with their relationship, sharing separate social media posts from what appears to be a recent visit Sarah made to Cape Town.

Sacha posted a photo to his Instagram Story showing the couple spending time together, while Sarah shared her own perspective on her account, pictured walking arm in arm with the rugby star. A second post showed the pair relaxing on a sofa alongside their pet Dachshund.
In a short video clip, Sarah captured a humorous moment with the couple's Dachshund, noting that the dog's loyalty had clearly shifted.
"I'm not allowed to touch his ball. Now that his dad is back, I'm not fun to play with anymore," she wrote in the caption.

The posts come roughly a year and a half after the pair were first romantically linked in late 2024.
From hints to confirmation
The romance was not always openly acknowledged. In February 2026, Sacha dropped a hint at a media conference where he was unveiled as the first-ever male ambassador for Garnier in Sub-Saharan Africa. When asked about Valentine's Day gift ideas, he remarked,
"My missus is in the building," without naming Sarah directly.
Days later, he shared a birthday post for Sarah, with the couple photographed together on a beach in Bali. Sarah, who turned 33 around that time, is nine years older than Sacha, who turned 24 shortly before.
Sarah, for her part, confirmed the relationship during an Instagram Q&A in March 2026, without mentioning Sacha by name.
Clapping back at critics
The relationship has attracted scrutiny online, to which Sarah has responded directly. In a post shared to her Instagram, she wrote:

The post received likes from Sacha himself, as well as rugby WAGs Layla Kolbe and Busisiwe Dayimani.
More recently, a day after Sacha faced criticism from rugby supporters following a performance at Ellis Park, he posted a family reunion photo that included Sarah among those present.
