Halala: TV host Denise Zimba welcomes her first child into the world

Mzansi TV host, Denise Zimba, took to social media at the beginning of this month to announce the birth of her first child.

Denise Zimba had been counting down the days until she met her firstborn. The TV host has enjoyed her pregnancy and recently shared a few snaps of her pregnancy shoot on social media.

The new momma also shared the exciting news about the birth of her first child on her Instagram account, with a picture of the child’s birthdate, which was the 1 July. However, Denise did not reveal the gender of her baby.

She wrote a short but detailed message: “48 hours of no sleep… 24 hours of labour… Emergency C Section… And I'm Absolutely In Love.

Denise also commended her mother, Rose Zimba, who had been there for her as she entered motherhood for the first time.

She wrote: “Thank you mom for always being there! I know I am VERY LUCKY to be able to still call onto you, and you are able to answer, and physically be here to guide me in this life. I am grateful to the universe for sparing me the pain… you are here and so I honour you, love and appreciate you and most important so so so so so so grateful you are here with me #RoseZimba.”
