Rami Chuene recently took to social media to share a bizarre experience she had with a cop. The veteran actress said she was on her way home when Metro Police officers pulled her over.
The Isono actress revealed that she got surprised when one of the cops made a strange request. The star wrote on Twitter:
"Got stopped by metro police on my way home a little while ago. One of them said he didn’t want anything from me except for me to unblock him on Twitter."
The former The Queen actress explained that she hardly blocks people on social media because she doesn't have many reasons to do so.
"You get blocked if you’re racist, homophobic, sexist, support GBV, downright disrespectful especially to women and a cyber bully. I believe we can all have opinions without being mean to each other. So I wonder what he did."
She shared that the officer even gave her his Twitter handle and she confirmed that he is indeed blocked. She told a fan that she had a good laugh following the strange request.
"Yes, I laughed. He gave me his handle and he is indeed blocked. Going through his TL to see what might have happened and so far he’s quite vulgar, even some of his friends."
Rami complained that she even missed her own show on TV because she had to entertain the desperate cop on the road. One fan asked if the star did unblock the officer and she replied:
"No. I doubt I will. His TL is a bit too strong."
