Covid-19 has come and wreaked havoc on millions of lives and not everyone that came face-to-face with the virus lived to tell the tale. This is probably why a young woman took to Twitter to celebrate the fact that her grandmother achieved the very unexpected - she beat Covid-19.

The young lady with the handle, @Sposhkay1 explained in the heartwarming and inspiring tweet that the old lady was a great 99-years-old, something that makes the fact that she beat Covid even more miraculous.

"My 99-year-old great grandmother is getting discharged today, baby girl beat COVID," she wrote happily.

While many locals were left laughing out loud by the fact that she had just called a nearly 100-year-old woman "baby-girl", others were left truly moved by the post, each taking to the comment section to share well wishes with the family.
