Mapaseka Koetle-Nyokong has been gracing the Mzansi small screen as Dintle Nyathi on Scandal! for the longest time but she's ready to spread her wings into something new. Pasi has been cast for a new comedy show on SABC 2 titled Ak’siSpaza.
Pasi will be appearing on the show alongside veteran actor Sello Sebotsane. She will be playing the role of Puleng on the show.
Ak’siSpaza will be airing from the beginning of April and will be focusing on a family who is based in Soweto.
The show is going to highlight the challenges that small businesses in townships face to stay afloat. SABC's head of PR, Zinhle Nkonyeni says that the show will be teaching South Africans about the challenges that come with running a family business.
Pasi Koetle is no stranger to playing roles that require her to bring out her comedian side. The role of Dintle has been putting smiles on Mzansi television fans' faces for a number of years now.
The actress is also known for posting hilarious skits on her social media pages weekly. She calls them Motlotlo Friday. It is not yet clear whether she will be leaving Scandal! to pursue her new role but fans will be hoping that her new gig will be just as great.

All good things have to come to an end and this was also the case for actress Dawn Thandeka King, who bid farewell to her character MaNgcobo on the popular SABC soapie, Uzalo.
Taking to Instagram, Dawn shared a video where the cast of the soapie and crew cheered her on as she made her last appearance. She captioned the footage:
"End of an amazing era. Thank you Stained Glass TV and SABC 1 for everything. I will miss MaNgcobo and I will miss everyone who opened their hearts to me. It's been a beautiful journey. Till we meet again."
