Natasha Mazzone is still trending on social media after it emerged that a Wikipedia article had described her as an attorney.

Mazzone had repeatedly denied that she had anything more than a matric which has raised eyebrows as a number of DA members don't have tertiary qualifications.

This has become an issue ever since the DA's Western Cape provincial leader and MEC of Public World and Transport Bonginikosi Madikizela was suspended after it had emerged that he'd lied about his qualifications.

Here is what some tweeps are saying about the matter:

"Better make sure and establish where Natasha Mazzone Matric Certificate was obtained, I won't be surprised if all roads lead to Kuvukiland Senior Secondary. #NatashaMazzone"

"They both held Masters Degrees when one was taken to Harvard & the other was told he's an experiment gone wrong."

DA leader John Steenhuizen has slammed claims that Mazzone had lied about her qualifications calling it fake news.

Earlier, Briefly News reported that DA MP Natasha Mazzone has lashed out at critics who claim that she lied about her qualifications. She has in the past claimed that her highest academic qualification is a matric.

However, a Wikipedia article was edited and showed that was an advocate who attended two universities. The entry has since been edited and the advocate removed from her bio.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia that can be edited by the public and their information is not always accurate.

In other news, Democratic Alliance's (DA) Natasha Mazzone has reshared a Twitter post by the Economic Freedom Fighters' (EFF) Floyd Shivambu. The 2018 tweet by Shivambu refers to Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane as a 'non-protector'.

In a follow-up tweet, Mazzone shared her thoughts on Shivambu's current opinions about Mkhwebane. Shivambu stated that the "white minority always controls the ANC" and shared a picture of Mazzone with John Steenhuisen.

Mazzone called Shivambu out in one of her posts where she asked her followers if they 'see the game' that is being played.
