A vendor, Joseph Addo, has given a jaw-dropping narration about how he met his biological father for the first time after several attempts to find the man.
Speaking in an interview with DJ Nyaami of SVTV Africa, Addo revealed that he had never met his dad and all attempts to meet him through his mother proved futile.
However, a family friend told him to travel to a far-off region where his father worked.
''He was a bus driver who travelled to Yendi from the Volta Region. A family friend from my father's side told me to go to Yendi to wait for my father. The bus I boarded was my father’s bus," he disclosed.
However, Addo was not aware of this until he engaged a passenger to help him with directions.
''She asked where I was going. I told her who I was going to see and luckily my father overheard our conversation,'' he recalled.
His father began asking questions about his family and where he came from, he told DJ Nyaami.
''He asked for my mother and grandparents' names too. That was when he realised I was his son. He was very happy to see me.''
