Seasoned broadcaster Sizwe Dhlomo is at it again. The Kaya FM radio host renewed his attacks on Floyd Shivambu, the founding leader of the Afrika Mayibuye Movement, following the announcement of a Fundraising Gala Dinner.
On Friday, 14 November 2025, the Afrika Mayibuye Movement announced a fundraising gala dinner, scheduled for 28 November 2025 at the Mhulu Boutique Hotel. The political party announced that top-tier tables would cost up to R2 million for a seat next to Floyd Shivambu.

Taking to his X (Twitter) account following the announcement, Sizwe Dhlomo mocked Floyd Shivambu for setting the price of R2 million to sit with him at his Fundraising Gala Dinner.

In his post, Dhlomo suggested that the price was unrealistic. He mocked Floyd Shivambu’s popularity with an example of how people don’t engage with his posts on social media, which only costs data, yet he is expecting people to shell out millions for a seat next to him.

“Floyd really thinks people are going to pay R2 million to sit with him? Lol! Bro, people don’t even comment on your posts and that just costs data!”
