Popular award-winning hip hop rapper Big Zulu warmed many hearts with his recent act of kindness to a young fan of his on social media.

On Wednesday, 17 September 2025, the star whose eldest daughter Siphesihle Nene will be releasing her first EP at 15, shared on his Instagram page that he had visited a fan with a brain tumour in the hospital after he requested the star's appearance before he went into surgery.

Big Zulu posted a video of himself at the hospital to see his fan before the surgery, bearing gifts for him and paired it with a heartfelt message.
