Posting on his Instagram account @officialrastatheartist, Rasta shared the completed artwork on Wednesday, 2 September 2026, revealing that the portrait had actually been sketched four years ago before finally receiving its finishing touches.
In his caption, he tagged both the musician and fellow artist Mazerata, writing: "EASY TARGET @mthandeni_sk_king.. Here is your long-promised painting sketched 4 years ago, final finishing.. Cleaning your shoes @mazerata_za on a painting as an honour.."
