Mzansi is firmly in MaDlamini's corner after a fiery episode of Umndeni Somnala on Moja Love left viewers cheering for the second wife of KZN Bishop Hamilton "Somnala" Nala.
The episode, which aired on 5 September 2026, saw Sindisiwe MaDlamini go head-to-head with her polygamist husband after he launched a series of accusations against her. Somnala, who had already been on a reprimanding spree the previous week on 29 August, turned his attention to MaDlamini, accusing her of showing disrespect towards first wife MaMbatha and a guest in their home.
Somnala's bombshell claims
MaMbatha, however, contradicted her husband in her diary session, clarifying that it was actually MaNjomane who had been disrespectful towards her, not MaDlamini. The episode took a more personal turn when Somnala claimed MaDlamini had terminated a pregnancy. She pushed back, explaining that she had suffered a miscarriage and strongly rejected his version of events.

He further labelled her "useless" in their family business, where she handled the IT department. MaDlamini defended herself by pointing to her educational qualifications, expressing disbelief at being dismissed so harshly.
