Lekompo musician and content creator Nkgodisheng Paul Madubanya, widely known as Tsaka RSA, is now facing four charges after prosecutors added two more counts to his case at the Polokwane Magistrate's Court on Monday, 19 October 2026.

The 27-year-old appeared before the court for a formal bail application during his second court visit, where State prosecutor Mangope Digoro confirmed the expanded list of charges. Madubanya now faces unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, failure to secure a firearm in a prescribed safe, and statutory rape.

Prosecutor Digoro classified the matter as a Schedule 5 offence and opposed the granting of bail. Tsaka's legal representative, Advocate Mamabolo, challenged that classification, arguing that the prosecution had not yet produced a ballistic report to confirm the nature of the firearm allegedly found in his client's possession.
