A TikTok video that featured a U.S. woman claiming to have fallen off a zebra has sparked a flurry of reactions among South Africans.

The video quickly went viral, leaving many both amused and sceptical about the unusual incident. The clip, which has garnered thousands of views and shares, shows the woman recounting a story of falling off a zebra's back during a supposed safari adventure.

South Africans took to social media to express their disbelief and amusement over the improbable story. The video was shared by a Johannesburg chiropractor practice called @dainfern.chiro on its TikTok page.

In an exclusive comment to Briefly News, Dr Darren Subrayan, who saw the video, shared how outrageous this claim was and said:

"The original video was posted by a chiropractor based in the USA, we saw it and thought it was interesting as we are chiropractors based in South Africa.
"We deal with a lot of horse riders and have never heard of someone riding a Zebra."
