Zulu people host wholesome gathering in Cape Town

Cape Town is filled with people from different backgrounds, including culture and religion. Some of them were born in the city, while some moved in search of greener pastures.

A young man from KwaZulu-Natal was excited to live in the Mother City right after he graduated from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. He was homesick from time to time and found a way to meet up with his people.

Two days ago, he posted a video of a wholesome gathering with other Zulu people in the city. The group danced to Maskandi, a music genre created by the Zulu people.

Everyone was all smiles at the party as they sang their hearts out. Mtshali was excited to be there and filmed a TikTok video with the caption:

“POV: You have finally found the Zulu people in Cape Town. When KZN people meet up in Cape Town, the energy is unmatched.”
