Eswatini DJ and dancer Uncle Waffles, real name Lungelihle Zwane, nearly broke the internet with her new dance video.
But this wasn't just a video of the Baphi hitmaker showing off her sick moves; she used the opportunity to show off her new figure.
On Sunday, 16 November 2025, Waffles posted a video dancing to an Amapiano song, wearing a plaid two-piece set, showcasing her flat tummy and slimmer thighs. Proving that high heels were her standard, she also wore thigh-high leopard-print boots and had no problem dancing and squatting in them.

People raised the Ozempic allegations against Waffles, suggesting that her weight changed in a short period. However, there is no confirmation of these speculations.
Ozempic is a medication originally developed to treat diabetes, but it has gained attention for its off-label use as a weight-loss aid.
Before her, stars like DJ Shimza and the Major League DJZ were accused of taking the famous medicine.
De_Generacy200 asked:
"She’s using Ozempic as well? Jesus!"
sniper_elite__ said:
"Everyone is on Ozempic now. South African celebrities, though."
ZiphoBandile was curious:
"Waffles was thick. Ozempic happened?"

Meanwhile, others defended the DJ from the body-shaming.
hrhbitch__ said:
"Ozempic allegations like this wasn’t her natural body before the fame and weight gain. Guys, be serious, this girl is naturally a skinny babe, leave her alone."
Akhona_PQ asked:
"Are people forgetting she was always skinny, so it might have been easy to go back without Ozempic?"
Tokyo_Trev defended Uncle Waffles:
"I understand why she said she will never discuss her weight again. When she gained weight, she was shamed. She lost the weight, and guess what?"
On the other hand, it appears some fans aren't happy with the slimmer Waffles, lamenting her former curvy figure.
mayekido said:
"She had such a perfect build, bruh."
yeahzito was not happy:
"Oh, my days. Waffla, why?"
tallskinnyvinny posted:
"The previous version of her was the one."
Meanwhile, Briefly News journalist Tayananiswa Zvikaramba spoke to fitness trainer Bonge Gomede who shared weight loss tips. Gumede advised that focusing on progress matters more than perfection.
"Shifting focus from perfection to progress helps a lot. Celebrate small wins, and remember that every season looks different, it’s not about being perfect, it’s about staying faithful to the process," Bonge Gumede.
Cassper Nyovest considers using Ozempic
In an earlier report, Briefly News shared online reactions to Cassper Nyovest joking about resorting to using Ozempic to help him lose weight.
The rapper went on a weight-loss journey after experiencing a wave of body-shaming on social media, and committed to losing weight ahead of his Fill Up Toyota Stadium concert.
However, Mufasa later admitted that shedding the weight was harder than he thought, and said he might join the Ozempic trend to lose weight quicker.
