An elderly woman took matters into her own hands at a Hungry Lion outlet after discovering she had allegedly been charged twice for the same order. The video, shared on Facebook by Trending ZA, quickly spread across social media and drew thousands of reactions from South Africans who had plenty to say about the incident.
In the clip, the gogo is seen confronting staff at the counter, visibly upset and demanding an explanation for the alleged duplicate charge on her account. Cashiers appear to attempt a response, though the conversation quickly escalated as the elderly customer refused to back down.
