A zoo famous for its exotic reptile collection left the internet speechless after posting footage of something most people never expected to see in real life. The clip opened with an innocent caption that read "look at my sweet ball python" before the reveal landed: two heads, one snake. The zoo noted in the caption that while they had housed two-headed snakes before, this one was particularly unusual because the two heads appear to be at odds with each other, constantly attempting to coil around one another without much success.

The condition, known as bicephaly, occurs when an embryo begins to split into twins but does not fully separate. It is extremely rare in snakes and often results in a shortened lifespan, though some individuals have survived for years under proper care. The Reptile Zoo was candid about the situation, writing that the two heads "are going to be together for life," adding that they had better start getting along or "it's going to be a rough one."
