TikTokker @doveemeatt posted a video on 15 September 2026 breaking down the discovery of multiple women's bodies in and around Kempton Park, and the response from South African viewers was immediate.

The video details the recovery of eight victims in Kempton Park, with one found in Pretoria: a 25-year-old woman inside a residential flat approximately 46 km north of Kempton Park. According to SAPS, she was also raped and strangled. Authorities have not yet formally linked her case to the Kempton Park victims.

Preliminary pathology and crime scene findings indicate strangulation as a recurring cause of death across the Kempton Park cases. Most of the eight women were sexually assaulted and found either fully or partially naked. Heavy bruising was noted on all of the victims.

TikTokker @doveemeatt highlighted that the timeline stretches back further than many realised. The first victim was found on 15 July in Kempton Park. The second and third victims were discovered in different parts of the area. A fourth victim, found on 7 October, was only linked to the case later. The fifth, sixth, and seventh victims were found on 10, 12, and 14 September, respectively, with an eighth victim recovered shortly after in Kwa-Thema on 15 September 2026.
