A young learner from Hoër Landbouskool Marlow has died, leaving his school community and many South Africans heartbroken.
St Andrew's College in Bloemfontein shared a memorial post on 4 October 2026 paying tribute to Jonathan Bradfield and extending condolences to Hoër Landbouskool Marlow. The school wrote:
"Our deepest condolences to Hoër Landbouskool Marlow on the passing of Jonathan Bradfield. We are thinking about you during this difficult time."
