A beautiful young lady has reflected on her life as she weighs the impact of being in a toxic relationship.

Vivian Orero said the early days of her relationship were full of happiness, and she looked forward to it culminating into a holy matrimony.

Where did Vivian Orero meet her boyfriend?

She was in love with a young man she met in high school, and they continued their relationship until recently.

Orero said trouble hit paradise when she fell pregnant with his high school sweetheart.

"That was when I saw his true colours. He started cheating on me the first day I told him I was pregnant. He became violent and disrespectful. It was a side of him that I never saw. He would utter words that would pierce my heart deeply, leaving me confused at what had happened to the love of my life," she shared.

When the first-year student at Kabete National Polytechnic gave birth, she claimed things got worse.

His bae would come home drunk and abuse her instead of being considerate of her situation. She shared some photos to draw a comparison before and after getting into that relationship.

"I was glowing, no doubt. I was looking healthy and fine. But after I gave birth, I was neglected and mistreated. Many days I would sleep hungry and even when he came back home late in the night drunk, he would not bring food. He would spend his salary on women and alcohol, never caring for me and our bundle of joy," the heartbroken young lady from Nairobi cried.

In one photo the 21-year-old shared after giving birth while holding her child, Orero looked malnourished and weak.

She lamented giving the young man numerous chances when he used to beg her to take him back, saying she should have left earlier and never turned back.

"I am done with him. No more games and no more forgiveness," she said.

Meanwhile, Briefly News reported that images of a shack without fancy interior design have gone viral on social media, and peeps love it. The photo shared on the popular Facebook group chat showcased the home and how it looked before and after.
