A cute toddler from the Eastern Cape gushed over his multilingual teacher, while expressing that he had no interest in only speaking English, as his online followers often ask.
The clip was shared on the Instagram account @zulu_boy129 on 31 March 2026, where it gained massive views and nearly 200 comments from viewers who found him educational.
The little boy was filmed speaking to his mom, explaining that his teacher, Essie, knows three languages. He said she knows Xhosa, English and Afrikaans. Zuluboy then shared that he knows only two languages: his mother tongue, Xhosa, and English. The four-year-old also shared his interest in learning more languages, adding that he needed to concentrate on Afrikaans to be like his teacher, Essie.

The toddler noted how they are always asking him to speak English because they are from different races and do not understand Xhosa.
