Many women have gorgeous curves but are unaware of how beautiful they are because the media is always portraying beauty as skinny and thin.

But curvaceous women are lovely too, just ask Brown Mbombo. She knows that embracing your body and accepting your curvy self can lead to more happiness than starving yourself to look a certain way.

Brown wants women to know that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes and that it isn't necessary to starve yourself to achieve the beauty that many feel is expected of them.

Curvy bodies are greatly appreciated these days, and chasing after unhealthy body goals is not as popular as it once was.

Along with her sister, Blue Mbombo, Brown is reminding women that inner beauty lasts forever.
