It's always a big deal when celeb couples decide to get married. Their fans rejoice and take pleasure in seeing the happiness of the pair in love.
However, it doesn't always work out and some couples just can't make things work, no matter how hard they try.
Briefly.co.za takes a look at the celeb marriages that came to an end in 2019.

Khaya Mthethwa and Ntandoyenkosi
Most recently, fans found out that one of Mzansi's most darling couples, Khaya and Ntando, have called it quits.
Ntando announced the news on social media. The couple has a young son together and celebrated their second anniversary earlier in December. Sadly, their happiness was not to last.
The reason for their divorce is being kept private, at least for now.
DJ Black Coffee and Enhle Mbali
Black Coffee and Enhle's divorce is one of the most publicised splits of the year. The pair had a seemingly perfect marriage, but towards the end of the year, it all seemed to fall apart.
The drama seemed endless, and Enhle called on Mzansi to allow the family to deal with things privately.
Nhlanhla and TK Nciza
The musical pair upset the country when they announced that they were going their separate ways.
This came after they were married for an impressive 15 years. The former couple has three sons - Nkululeko, Thamsanqa and Luvuyo.
Nhlanhla shared a moving message on social media to announce the sad news, though the reason was never shared.

Mxolisi Majozi and Andiswa Gebashe
The rapper and actor, also known as Zuluboy, got divorced from his wife, Andiswa, after being married for 5 years.
It's not clear why they divorced, but it remains very sad news.
Phemelo Motene and Mthandeni Ngcobo
After 16 years of being married to her husband, Mthandeni Ngcobo, actress Phemelo Motene ended things.
Again, the reason for the split was not shared, but she did say that her children were having trouble dealing with the divorce.
Lira and Robin Kohl
Popular singer Lira, and her husband (and manager) Robin Kohl had the country disturbed when they decided to end their marriage after almost 10 years.
She admitted that she and Robin had been living separately and have decided to make it public that they're splitting.
The singer added that she and Robin made decisions about their futures and it looks like they ended things on a friendly footing.
