Actress Pearl Thusi is pretty scared of the coronavirus and rightfully so. The media personality said that the current stats have her so shook that she can’t even leave the house.
Taking to social media, Thusi posted:
“Covid has me shook. Ordering things online. Haven’t left my house in ages. I wear a mask and the face shield. Only leave for emergencies. Stay safe guys.”
Social media users had mixed reactions to her post. Some are just as scared as her while others are convinced that the illness is not real.

“You can stay as long as you want it in your house, I'm sure that will never change anything, for the time you were given to live in this world. Covid or no Covid, when your time is finished, you're finished.”
JCollins said:
“Just thank the Lord for the fact that you can still afford to stay at home and order some stuff, some can’t even have R10 for a meal or to feed their families. Ngoba kubi langaphandle.”
Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za previously reported that Pearl Thusi recently took to social media to reveal how she copes with public scrutiny. The actress took to Twitter to share her "coping mechanism" with her fans.
The star and many other celebs have been subjected to public scrutiny on social media platforms and Pearl has learnt to cope with the pressure that comes with being in the public eye on a daily basis. She is one of Mzansi's most-dragged entertainers on social media. The stunner posted:
"No one is perfect. But when they focus on your blessings until they lose sight of their own... they throw stones and magnify your imperfections. A coping mechanism."
The lead actress of Queen Sono also told her fans not to be distracted but continue fighting for their dreams.
"Distraction comes right before a breakthrough. Don’t stop fighting for your purpose."
