DJ Shimza has shared that he needs R5 million for his new project to take off. The musician did not go into much detail about what the project is about but told his fans that he desperately needs the cash.
The #LockdownHouseParty producer on Channel O pleaded with his one million followers on Twitter to give him the money. The star's fans flooded his comment section with mixed reactions after his tweet on Wednesday, 27 January. Shimza tweeted:
"My idea needs 5M to take off. Ka kopa (please)."
DJ Shimza's fans encouraged him to sell his expensive whips and house and then use the money to fund his idea. Check out some of their comments below:

"If you're serious about your dreams you'll sell your fancy cars to reach it and that DJ what what ya 2M. It's all about sacrifice in this life."

In other entertainment news, Briefly.co.za reported that DJ Shimza is one of Mzansi's favourite house music DJs and the talented star has decided to show off his expensive equipment to his fans. It's pretty clear that Shimza takes his job seriously, his equipment is worth millions of rands.
"This desk is R3,6 million. Can't believe it," said Shimza.
Fans were gobsmacked that Shimza would spend so much on DJ equipment. Quite a few of them even thought that the DJ was lying about how much his equipment costs.
A tweep @iamsivuyileZA said: "Namanga Shimza hau (You're lying Shimza)." Shimza then replied with a receipt for his purchase and fans were shaken even more.
