Prince Kaybee and DJ Maphorisa are having a go at each other on social media again. This time the beef was reignited by Prince Kaybee, who threw mild shade at Maphorisa. He asked the original pioneers of Amapiano to document everything about the culture as well as it's roots.

Prince then said that those who left their original genres to join Amapiano needed to take a seat.

He tweeted:

"The Amapiano cats should compile a Netflix special outlining the culture and its roots. And please the artists that left their genres to jump on the Amapiano wagon must not be in this, LET THE KIDS TELL THEIR STORY."

His shade did not go unnoticed by Maphorisa who took to the social media platform to respond.

"Amapiano name came as a diss, don't be mad now or be frustrated cause you can't chart any more, you didn’t see it coming. We paid attention to the streets an the culture now its paying us. THANKS SAUTA. Don't be arrogant be humble and listen to the KIDS, you getting old, don't forget."

It seems the beef between these two musicians is very far from over. Briefly News had previously reported that DJ Maphorisa and Prince Kaybee traded jabs yet again in a recent twar.

The two stars have become popular on Twitter for taking shots at each other. The two talented musicians recently roasted each other on the micro-blogging app.

The Lorch hitmaker shared a snap of his bald head and Kaybee found a perfect opportunity to shade Phori. The Hosh hitmaker took to Madumane's comment section to troll him. The award-winning musician told Phori that he's head looks like a bottle of Lion Lager beer which is on special for R10.

Maphorisa tried to defend himself by asking tweeps if he was ugly. Kaybee went on to roast Phori and even said he looked like a bulldog.

Kaybee went on to encourage Maphorisa to "advertise" his nomination so that people could vote for him.

"But here’s some advice bafanas, while I’m roasting you, please advertise your nomination so that people vote, akere o victim and I’m the bully so it will work in your favour. Good luck Vaslap."
