Basetsana Kumalo Pens Feels Worthy Birthday Message to Her Baby Boy

Basetsana Kumalo cannot believe her boy, uShaka Kgositsile Emmanuel Kumalo, is another year older. Turning a whole nine years old, Basetsana feels like it was just the other day she gave birth to Kgositsile.

Taking to social media with a heartwarming post, Basetsana shared a reel of pictures of Kgositsile through the years. Basetsana got real emotional thinking about how quickly these nine years have passed.

“My baby, my boy, my Kgosi....you are 9 already and soon to be “double” digits. I had had so many miscarriages before you were born... you were born at 34 weeks and you were determined to make it, and you told me so. My warrior, my brave heart, hence your name is uShaka, the fighter.”

Fellow celebrities took to the comment section to wish Kgositsile a happy birthday and to let Basetsana know what an amazing job she has done at raising him.

Bassie can't believe that her boy is all grown up and she penned a sweet letter to him, hoping that he only gets the best in the future. Being the loving mother that she is, Bassie said that she couldn't imagine life without her son. She posted a lovely slideshow and captioned her post:
