A South African mom known as @ofentse_mphuti on TikTok left Mzansi in awe on 18 July 2026 after sharing a lunchbox prep video for her daughter Mimo that many said was on a whole other level.
The top-down kitchen video showed her unboxing fresh salmon, seasoning and baking it, then carefully washing and cutting fruit and vegetables before packing everything into a compartmentalised lunchbox. The finishing touch was a handwritten note tucked inside that began with "My Mimo!"

What made the video stand out was the care put into the presentation. Strawberries were cut into heart shapes, cucumbers were sliced into flower formations, and the baked salmon was packed alongside fresh berries. The lunchbox had a calm, deliberate energy to it that many viewers described as soothing to watch. The post caption simply read:
