According to the official Sun International rates page, pricing is split between weekdays and weekends. Public holidays fall under the more expensive weekend bracket.

How much do families pay at Sun City?

On weekdays, from Monday to Friday, adults pay R415 per person, while children between the ages of 3 and 12 are charged R305. The cost rises slightly over weekends and on public holidays. Saturday and Sunday visitors pay R470 per adult and R370 per child in the same age group.
