A South African TikToker called out a Pretoria apartment listing for asking R20,000 a month for just 28 square metres of living space. The creator posted the walkthrough on 30 September, and it quickly drew attention from viewers who could not believe the asking price.

The video follows his signature "What the Fuss" review format, in which he holds a tiny microphone prop and delivers a deadpan, sarcastic breakdown of real estate listings. This time, the target was a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with two carport spaces at the V Trilogy Collection in Menlyn, Pretoria.
The apartment's layout left little to the imagination. The bedroom doubles as the lounge, which doubles as the kitchen, all within the same 28-square-metre footprint. @unboliviabell called it a "parkour apartment" because you could hop from one space to the next without taking more than a few steps. The kitchen, he noted, consists of roughly three cupboards, a small fridge and a stovetop that was barely visible, which drew comparisons to Cape Town's famously overpriced rentals.
The bathroom, which has no windows, prompted a joke about mould and clay pipes, while a full-length mirror positioned so it faces the bed, the lounge and the kitchen at once became a recurring punchline throughout the clip. He said:
